1. Who we are
Cozy-Luxe Beddings ("we", "us", "our") is a Nigerian retailer of premium bedding, bedroom essentials and hospitality supplies, with our showroom at Shop W3015/W3016, DAT Mall Plaza, Sangotedo, Lagos.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Site in any way that breaches Nigerian or international law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Upload viruses, malicious code, or attempt to disrupt the Site.
- Resell our products under a different brand without written consent.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Products, pricing and availability
We make every effort to display products accurately, but actual colours and textures may vary slightly from screen renderings. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel orders, and limit quantities at our discretion.
5. Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully received. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner Paystack. We do not store your full card details.
6. Delivery
Delivery timelines, fees and terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns are handled under our Return Policy. For hygiene reasons, certain categories (e.g. pillows, nightwear, opened bedding sets) are non-returnable unless faulty.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including product photography, copy, the Cozy-Luxe logo and brand marks — is owned by Cozy-Luxe Beddings and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cozy-Luxe Beddings is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
