We deliver across Nigeria through trusted logistics partners including Bolt and other couriers. This policy explains delivery timelines, fees and what to expect after you place an order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery timelines
- Lagos: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Other states (Nigeria): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Bulk / hotel supply orders: timelines confirmed at order, typically 5–14 business days depending on volume.
Timelines exclude weekends, public holidays and delays outside our control (e.g. weather, courier disruptions).
Delivery fees
- Complimentary delivery within Lagos on orders above ₦150,000.
- Lagos delivery: calculated at checkout based on location.
- Interstate delivery: calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
- Bulk orders: a custom delivery quote is provided.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation by email and WhatsApp with tracking details. You can also view live status from your account.
Pickup
You can also pick up your order from our showroom at Shop W3015/W3016, DAT Mall Plaza, Sangotedo, Lagos. We'll let you know when it's ready to collect.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery fails because of incorrect address details or unavailable recipient, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout.
International shipping
